About Dr. Meric
Dr. Janel Meric earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University
of California, Irvine. After graduating with honors from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1987, she completed her residency
in Ob/Gyn at the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1991.
Dr. Meric is Board Certified by the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. After extensive education and training,
she promotes natural health and wellness for women and men. She is certified by the American Academy of Biologically Identical
Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Dr. Meric strives to address the root cause of symptoms, rather than prescribing drugs to mask
the symptoms, so that the body can truly heal. She enjoys teaching her patients how to improve their quality of life. Dr.
Meric’s treatment approach includes customized recommendations for hormone balance, nutritional supplements, diet and
lifestyle changes.
